There is a substantial waiting list for these dates. However, there may still be some vacancies at our sister property, Bass Cabins.

Terms & Conditions: Children under 12 years of age sleep free. Additional $10 for each rollaway bed per night. $20 per night for each additional person beyond occupancy rate. There is a 3 night minimum stay on all Parent Weekends at Bass’ Hancock House Hotel. We accept Visa/MasterCard, Discover Card, & Diners Club. A valid credit card is required to hold your reservation. Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in are charged the full amount of the reservation. All rates are subject to New York State 8% sales tax & a 5% occupancy surcharge. Check in time is 3:OO PM. Check out time is 11:OO AM. All prices and terms are subject to change without notice. There is No Smoking in hotel rooms, restaurants, bar(s) and/or other public or private interior spaces. A charge of $250 will be incurred for smoking in the hotel. Max. occupancy for King  room is 2 people. Max. occupancy for Double Queen room, Suites & Efficiency Units is 4 people. If you are not sure if your stay falls within a 48 hour or 30 day cancellation time frame you may call the front desk and verify anytime. It is your sole responsibility to know the cancellation policy.
